Configure a blood-bag fill competition. Set a title and window; the leaderboard is derived from armory_news fills within that window — no fill counts are stored here. Toggle Show in nav on one drive to expose the Blood Drive tab in the armory top nav. End date is optional — leave open if you don't know when the comp wraps yet.

Set a minimum quantity per item. The Summary tab flags any item whose usable stock drops below its minimum. For loanable categories (temporary) we compare against available (excluding loans); for everything else we compare against quantity. Add only the items you want to monitor; everything else is ignored.
